We use your submission purely to deliver the message you wrote to your future self — on the date you selected.
You may also receive occasional updates or emails related to Break The Loop. No spam. No promotions from third parties. Just things that help you stay on track.
Your data is securely stored in:
Tally.so (our form system)
Zapier (automation that sends your message)
A private Google Sheet managed only by the creator
Only the creator of Break The Loop has access.
We do not share, sell, or expose your data — ever.
If Break The Loop is ever sold or transferred, any data you’ve submitted will either be deleted or transferred only to a new owner who agrees to honor this same privacy policy.
At any time, you can:
Request to see what data we have on file
Request that we delete your data completely
